"Service" refers to the educational courses, training programs, and related services provided by createhoss.

"User" or "You" means any person who accesses our website or enrolls in our courses.

"Content" includes all text, images, videos, course materials, and other information available through our services.

"We", "Us", or "Our" refers to createhoss, located at 68 Orchard Road, Plaza Singapura, Singapore.

"Student" refers to any individual enrolled in a createhoss course.

To enroll in createhoss courses, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

createhoss reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel enrollments at our discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations or inappropriate conduct.

Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before or upon enrollment unless payment plan arrangements have been made
• All fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment methods
• Course fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start date: Full refund minus administrative fee of $200 SGD
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• No refunds after course commencement
• createhoss reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, with full refunds provided

As a createhoss student, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled course sessions or notify instructors of absences
• Complete assignments and projects within specified timeframes
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Use course facilities and equipment responsibly
• Maintain appropriate conduct during all course activities
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without permission
• Comply with platform community guidelines when creating content
• Take responsibility for your own content creation and publishing activities

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of createhoss or others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or staff members
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials without authorization
• Use services for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt course delivery or website functionality

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, course expulsion without refund, and potential legal action.

createhoss Content

All course materials, videos, presentations, handouts, and website content remain the exclusive property of createhoss. Students receive a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal educational use only.

Student-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create during courses. However, by submitting projects or assignments, you grant createhoss a limited license to use your work for educational purposes, portfolio examples, or promotional materials. We will request explicit permission before featuring student work publicly.

Third-Party Content

Course curriculum may reference third-party platforms, tools, or content. Students are responsible for complying with terms of service, copyright laws, and licensing requirements when using these resources.

Educational Services

createhoss provides educational instruction and skills training. We do not guarantee:

• Specific subscriber counts, view numbers, or audience size
• Revenue generation or monetization success
• Employment placement or client acquisition
• Platform algorithm performance or content virality
• Specific business outcomes or financial returns

Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or course materials and are not liable for technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, createhoss's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific course in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Platform Changes

Course content reflects current platform features and best practices as of October 2025. Digital platforms regularly update their algorithms, policies, and features. createhoss is not responsible for platform changes that may affect strategies taught in courses.

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
• Missed sessions are generally not rescheduled for individual students
• Course materials may be provided for missed sessions when available
• Completion certificates are awarded upon finishing course requirements
• Students must complete at least 80% of course sessions to receive certificates
• Final project submission may be required for course completion

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with createhoss, you agree to first contact us directly to attempt informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.

Mediation

If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally between parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

By createhoss

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that violates these terms, harms other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.

By Student

Students may withdraw from courses subject to our cancellation policy. Account closure requests should be submitted to our support team.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access course materials and use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
